Oklahoma State Trooper Assaults EMT:
Videotaped on May 24, 2009 on the shoulder of Route 62, near Paden, Oklahoma, by Kenyada Davis, after the Muscogee Creek Nation EMS he was following, transporting his sick mother to the hospital, is pulled over by Oklahoma state trooper Daniel Martin for allegedly “failing to yield” to his patrol vehicle. As the scene escalates, a confrontation ensues between Trooper Martin and supervising EMT, Maurice White Jr.
