California Cops Brutalize and Murder Homeless Man

Videotaped on July 5, 2011, in Fullerton County, California, right outside the Fullerton Train Station, as officer Manuel Ramos and his partner, Jay Cicinelli, beat, choke and brutalize the town’s local, homeless, schizophrenic man, Kelly Thomas.

Kelly’s injuries landed him in a coma, and he died five days later.

Illinois Correction Officers Brutalize Female in Custody

Videotaped on October 17, 2008 in the Tazewell, Illinois, at County Justice Center, after female suspect, Becky Behm, is taken into custody under the suspicion of driving while intoxicated. After Correctional Officer Jeffrey Beiber barks orders at Behm and she does not immediately comply, but instead, advances towards the officer, he proceeds to attack her, punching her in the face, and also slamming her head into the wall.

On August 29, 2011, Officer Sanders was placed on paid administrative pending an internal affairs investigation into his possible use of excessive force in the incident.

Videotaped on February 7, 2007, at the Riverhead Town Justice Court in Long Island, New York, as police officer Peter Troyan escorts William G. Robinson out of the courtroom. Once in the hallway, Troyan begins brutalizing his handcuffed prisoner, with two other officers present.
